What is Left Main REI?
Left Main REI is a CRM and growth operating system for real estate investment teams that have outgrown their tools. What is Claude?
Claude is an AI assistant made by Anthropic. According to Anthropic, Claude can read Word, PDF, Excel, PowerPoint, CSV and image files, produce editable documents, spreadsheets and slides, and search the web. Connectors link Claude to other tools, databases and applications (claude.com, checked Oct 17, 2026). Anthropic also says you can build your own connectors and MCP servers. MCP, the Model Context Protocol, is what Anthropic describes as an open standard for secure, two-way connections between data sources and AI-powered tools (anthropic.com, checked Oct 17, 2026). Claude offers Free, Pro, Max, Team and Enterprise plans (claude.com/pricing, checked Oct 17, 2026).
What does the Left Main + Claude integration do?
Claude reads all of your Left Main data: leads, properties, activity, deals and dashboards. It can also create and update records. Ask how your pipeline, your numbers and your team are doing, then tell Claude to do the work.
- Ask about your business. Pipeline, revenue and team performance, in plain English, answered from your own Left Main data.
- Build reports. Describe the report you want instead of building it by hand.
- Send emails and cadences. Prompt Claude to send emails and cadences from Left Main.
- Customize Left Main. Request customization and development work, like adding a field to a record.
It’s built as both a Claude connector and an MCP server (we call it the Left Main connector for Claude), and it has been available since summer 2026.

An admin turns it on, and each user connects it from Claude. From there, Claude follows your Salesforce sharing and access rules.

Every Left Main plan includes it at no extra cost. Starter is $500/month plus $3,000 implementation. Launch is $1,200/month, implementation included, and adds DealSignals or DispoSignals plus Property Sales AI. Who it’s for
Everyone on your team: owners, acquisitions and dispo. If you run your business in Left Main, Claude can answer from it and act in it. If you only need a general assistant for drafting scripts or summarizing documents, Claude on its own does that without any CRM connection.
How this fits with Salesforce’s Claude work
Salesforce is also building Claude into its own platform through Claudeforce. Its first product, Salesforce in Claude, is for sales teams. Salesforce says every answer and action there runs through your existing Salesforce permissions and business rules, and lists it as available to pilot customers (salesforce.com, checked Oct 18, 2026). That is a separate Salesforce program. The Left Main connector for Claude is Left Main’s own. Salesforce also partners with OpenAI on ChatGPT and Slack apps (Salesforce press release, Oct 14, 2025, checked Oct 18, 2026).

Claude follows your permissions. Admins turn the integration on, and when a user connects it, Claude respects Salesforce sharing and access rules. Each user sees and changes only what their permissions allow. Left Main is built natively on Salesforce.
Which Left Main plans include the Claude integration?
All of them. Starter, Launch and Enterprise include it at no extra cost.
Do I need a paid Claude plan?
No. It works with every Claude plan. Anthropic lists connecting apps and tools on every Claude plan, including Free (claude.com/pricing, checked Oct 17, 2026). We recommend Claude Pro.
