Foreclosure is not a single event. It is a process that unfolds over months, sometimes years. When filings, starts, and repossessions all begin accelerating at the same time, it suggests growing pressure earlier in that process, long before properties reach auction or bank ownership.

In other words, by the time foreclosure volumes feel “high,” the opportunity to influence outcomes has already passed.

We’ve refreshed how SMS and Email templates work in Left Main Cadences to create a faster, more consistent experience for building and managing outreach.

Unified SMS & Email Template Creation

Creating SMS and Email templates now follows the same intuitive workflow.
Instead of jumping between different screens and patterns, teams can build, edit, preview, and manage templates in a single, consistent experience. This reduces setup time and makes it easier to maintain clean, repeatable cadences across your organization.

Flexible Email Design Options

Not every message needs a heavily designed layout — and sometimes it does.
With this release, users can choose between two email creation experiences:

  • Basic Editor for simple, text‑based emails with merge fields
  • Salesforce Lightning Email Builder for drag‑and‑drop layouts, components, and richer designs

This flexibility allows teams to match the message to the moment without compromising personalization.

Expanded Scheduling Options

Timing matters almost as much as message quality.
Cadence steps can now be scheduled using four clear options:

  • Send immediately
  • Send after a defined delay (minutes, hours, or days)
  • Send on a specific day of the week at a set time
  • Send on a specific date and time

This makes it easier to align outreach with seller behavior, team workflows, and campaign strategy.

Enhanced Merge Field Experience

  • Personalization is now faster and more powerful:
  • Merge fields are easier to find and organized by object
  • Interested Buyer fields now support both
  • Contact and Transaction data
  • Merge fields can now be used in email subject lines, not just the body

The result is more relevant messaging without extra effort.

DealSignals updates: Better visibility, cleaner data, smarter timing

DealSignals continues to evolve as a system for identifying and acting on motivated seller signals. This release introduces improvements that give teams greater control, clarity, and confidence.

Clearer Property Insights at a Glance

Property records now surface the most recent changes directly in the experience.
Instead of digging through history, users can quickly understand what changed, when it changed, and why it matters — making it easier to prioritize action and stay informed.

Flexible Property Snoozing with Auto‑Unsnooze

Not every opportunity is ready right now.
You can now snooze properties for a defined period (up to 45 days), with automatic reactivation when the snooze expires. This helps reduce pipeline noise while ensuring important opportunities never fall through the cracks.

Smarter Phone Number Tracking & Dispositioning

We’ve enhanced the phone number experience within the property view to support cleaner outreach:

  • Tag numbers as Valid, Disconnected, Invalid, or Wrong Number
  • See phone status clearly within the property record
  • Avoid repeated outreach to bad data

This leads to more efficient calling workflows and better collaboration across teams working the same opportunities.

Greater Control with Advanced Settings & Notifications

DealSignals setup and management is now more flexible.
Teams can fine‑tune notifications, configure advanced settings, and tailor how DealSignals operates — all directly within the UI. These enhancements improve day‑to‑day usability while supporting different operating styles and acquisition strategies.
