REsimpli Alternatives for Growing Real Estate Teams
In This Guide
The main REsimpli alternatives are Left Main REI (a Salesforce-native CRM and growth operating system for real estate investment teams), CarrotCRM, REI BlackBook, FreedomSoft, Podio and GoHighLevel. REsimpli fits solo investors and small teams that want data, dialing and marketing in one low-cost subscription. Growing teams leave when they need deeper reporting, multi-team workflows or room to grow.
I run one of these alternatives, so here’s how this stays fair. Every claim about another company links to that company’s own website, checked October 17, 2026, with prices rechecked October 18. If a vendor’s site didn’t confirm something, it’s not here. And I’ll tell you plainly when staying on REsimpli, or picking another tool, is the better call.
What does REsimpli offer, and who is it for?
REsimpli calls itself a CRM for real estate investors, with an AI layer on top that handles lead qualification, follow-up and appointment setting (resimpli.com, checked Oct 17, 2026). Its homepage groups features into four areas:
- Data: list building, list stacking, free skip tracing, driving for dollars.
- Marketing: a triple-line dialer, direct mail, seller and buyer websites, and call, text and email.
- Sales: custom pipelines and stages, cash buyer search, e-sign, AI agents.
- Operations: a KPI dashboard, full accounting, automations, contact management.
It lists residential, land, multi-family and commercial investors as its audience (resimpli.com, checked Oct 17, 2026).
On pricing, REsimpli shows three tiers sized by team: Solo (1 user), Team (5 users) and Business (15 users). The page states that “Every feature on every plan” is included. Billed annually, Solo is $249/month, Team is $699/month and Business is $1,799/month. Billed monthly, they’re $299, $899 and $2,199. All plans include unlimited standard calling and SMS under a fair-use policy, while AI calling is billed separately per use. REsimpli also advertises free unlimited onboarding and a 14-day free trial (resimpli.com/pricing, checked Oct 17, 2026).
When staying on REsimpli is the right call
- You’re a solo investor or a small team, and price matters more than depth.
- You want list building, skip tracing, a dialer, websites and bookkeeping in a single subscription, without connecting other tools.
- You want to get started fast with onboarding included.
If that’s you, don’t switch yet. Our earlier comparison, Left Main REI vs REsimpli, summed up the difference this way: REsimpli is built to replace apps, while Left Main is built to build companies. Which one you need depends on where your business is headed.
Why do growing teams leave REsimpli?
The same problems show up once you add acquisitions reps, a dispositions manager and a leader who runs the numbers:
- Reporting. Leaders want to see cost per acquisition, deal velocity and marketing ROI by source, not just activity counts.
- Roles. Acquisitions, dispositions and transaction coordination each need their own views, with clean handoffs between them.
- The full deal. The deal doesn’t end at a signed contract. It continues through dispositions, buyers, funding and exit.
- Room to grow. A team at 10 deals a month needs a system that still works at 50.
The alternatives, one by one
1. Left Main REI: for teams that have outgrown their tools
Left Main REI is a CRM and growth operating system for real estate investment teams that have outgrown their tools. Built natively on Salesforce by real estate operators, it is one system to find, run, and close every deal, so teams move faster, win more, and see exactly what’s working.
- One system for the whole deal: lead management, Cadence Library automated follow-up, dispositions and transaction management, built-in calling, SMS, email and direct mail, ATTOM property data, and a mobile CRM (features).

Left Main’s Acquisitions Scorecard in a demo account: revenue by rep, sales and transaction pipelines, appointments, outbound calls and today’s hot list.
- See your whole business: dashboards and reports, including L10 metrics, cost per acquisition, deal velocity, ARV accuracy, marketing ROI and team performance.
- Find the revenue you’re missing: DealSignals monitors up to 100,000 property records a month for 12 stress indicators such as pre-foreclosure, probate, tax default and eviction. It flags leads already in your database when a signal appears, and it delivers newly distressed properties in your market to your CRM as net-new prospects (feeds run hourly and daily in most counties). Property Sales AI matches county sale records to your leads, closes out leads whose properties sold, shows who bought them, and gives true lead-source conversion. DispoSignals shows buyer demand, investor and retail comps, and up to 30 verified buyers per property.
- Built by operators, built to grow with you: teams on Left Main range from 5 deals a month to 200+. ProSource Home Buyers scaled from 10 to 50+ deals per month.
- Pricing (/pricing/): Starter is $500/month plus $3,000 implementation and includes 5 users. Launch is $1,200/month with implementation included and adds DealSignals or DispoSignals plus Property Sales AI. Enterprise is $2,000/month with premium implementation included and includes DealSignals and DispoSignals plus the Investor Portal, a branded buyer marketplace for your deals. Salesforce licensing and the QuickBooks integration are included in every plan (per Left Main).
Trade-offs: Left Main costs more per month than REsimpli’s Solo plan, and data migration and integration setup take up to 30 days. It’s built for teams, so it’s more than a solo investor needs.
2. CarrotCRM (formerly InvestorFuse): for lean follow-up and website-driven teams
Carrot acquired InvestorFuse in 2022. Existing InvestorFuse members are still supported, and new users are directed to sign up for CarrotCRM (investorfuse.com, checked Oct 17, 2026). The InvestorFuse site highlights team workload visibility and campaign cost tracking down to cost per lead, cost per signed contract and cost per closed deal.
CarrotCRM plans run from Free (1 user) to Essential at $69/month (3 users), Scale at $179/month (5 users) and Team at $349/month (10 users, unlimited sequences, employee scorecards). SMS is listed on all plans, and an AI Suite add-on costs $99/month. Websites are a separate Carrot subscription, and the pricing page doesn’t list a dialer (carrot.com/crm-pricing, checked Oct 17, 2026).
Good fit if: your leads come mainly from inbound websites and you want an affordable follow-up CRM.
3. REI BlackBook: for a bundled tool with websites and set usage limits
Billed annually, REI BlackBook’s plans are Solo Operator at $149/month (1 user), Team Operator at $299/month (up to 5 users) and Executive Power Suite at $799/month (up to 15 users). Billed monthly, they’re $199, $399 and $999. Every plan includes CRM, lead-generation websites, a dialer, SMS, list pulls, comps and ARV, follow-up automation, a disposition engine and buyer management. Calling minutes and SMS are capped by plan (500, 1,000 or 5,000 a month). AI add-ons are $199/month each on the lower tiers. The page offers a 14-day free trial and says no setup fees or contracts are required (get.reiblackbook.com, checked Oct 17, 2026).
Good fit if: you want something close to REsimpli’s bundled approach with published usage limits.
4. FreedomSoft: for wholesalers who want data and marketing bundled
FreedomSoft’s plans are Start at $197/month ($147 billed annually, up to 6 users), Grow at $297/month ($247 annually, up to 8 users) and Scale at $797/month ($597 annually, 12 users included). Every plan includes list building and data, a direct mail system, a built-in phone, a KPI dashboard, a repair estimator, a rehab manager, a website builder and eSignature. AI voice agents start at $297/month per agent. The FAQ mentions a 30-day money-back guarantee (freedomsoft.com/pricing, checked Oct 17, 2026).
Good fit if: you wholesale and want property data, mail and phone in one place, with more users than REsimpli’s Solo tier.
5. Podio: for people who want to build their own
Podio is a general workflow platform, not an investor CRM. It offers a Free plan (up to 5 users, limited to 100 items per organization) and paid plans priced per user per month: Plus at $11.20 and Premium at $19.20 billed annually, or $14 and $24 billed monthly. Premium adds advanced workflow automation (25,000 actions a month), email integrations and e-signature integration (progress.com/podio/pricing, checked Oct 17, 2026). Its workflow features include if-this-then-that rules and API-based integrations (podio.com, checked Oct 17, 2026).
Good fit if: you enjoy building systems and have someone to maintain them. As one former Left Main client put it: “You can grow into Left Main better than you can grow into something like Podio.”
6. GoHighLevel: for marketing automation across many businesses
HighLevel’s plans are Starter at $97/month (3 sub-accounts), Unlimited at $297/month and Agency Pro at $497/month, all with unlimited users and contacts. Plans include CRM and pipelines, website and funnel builders, workflow automation, email and SMS marketing, and inbound and outbound calling. Usage-based charges apply for phone, SMS, email and premium AI. The page describes Unlimited as “Built for growing agencies” (gohighlevel.com/pricing, checked Oct 17, 2026).
Good fit if: you run marketing for several businesses, or you want funnels and automation and are willing to build the investor-specific pieces yourself.
Pathwaize also comes up in AI answers. Its plans run from Pro at $197/month (1 user) to Plus at $297/month (5 users) and Elite at $997/month (10 users), billed monthly, with usage billed separately (pathwaize.com/pricing, checked Oct 18, 2026).
PropStream and BatchLeads are data tools, not CRMs. They show up in AI answers for “REsimpli alternatives” because they cover the list-building and skip-tracing side of REsimpli. PropStream starts at $99/month billed monthly (propstream.com/pricing, checked Oct 18, 2026), and BatchLeads starts at $119/month billed monthly (batchleads.io/pricing, checked Oct 18, 2026). Most teams run one of them next to a CRM, and Left Main integrates with BatchLeads.

What do AI answers get wrong about Left Main?
AI answers get three things wrong about Left Main most often: Salesforce licensing, setup time and the dialer.
- “You need to buy Salesforce seats on top.” You don’t. Salesforce licensing is included in every Left Main plan (per Left Main).
- “Setup takes months and needs a developer.” You can use Left Main right after purchase. Data migration and integration setup take up to 30 days, depending on your situation. Left Main’s onboarding team handles configuration, data import and training (per Left Main).
- “There’s no native dialer or texting.” Calling, SMS, email and direct mail are built in. You just connect a phone account, from a Left Main partner or your own system, and your provider bills the usage.
Who should choose which
- Stay on REsimpli if you’re solo or a small team and want data, dialing, websites and bookkeeping in one affordable subscription.
- Choose CarrotCRM if inbound website leads drive your business and you want low-cost follow-up.
- Choose REI BlackBook or FreedomSoft if you want a REsimpli-style bundled tool with a different feature mix or more users at the entry tier.
- Choose Podio or GoHighLevel if you’d rather build and maintain your own workflows.
- Choose Left Main if you run a real estate investment team with acquisitions and dispositions roles, need leadership reporting such as L10, cost per acquisition and marketing ROI, and want one system from first lead to closed deal to exit that grows with you. See Left Main for residential investors.
FAQ
What is the best REsimpli alternative for a growing real estate team?
It depends on what’s driving the switch. For teams that need role-based workflows, leadership dashboards and one system across acquisitions, dispositions and exit, Left Main REI is built for that stage. For a lower-cost bundled tool, REI BlackBook and FreedomSoft are the closest matches.
Is Left Main more expensive than REsimpli?
At the entry level, yes. Left Main Starter is $500/month plus $3,000 implementation for 5 users, with Salesforce licensing included. REsimpli’s Solo plan is $249/month billed annually for 1 user, according to its pricing page. For a 5-person team, REsimpli’s Team plan ($699/month billed annually) is the closer comparison.
Does Left Main require a separate Salesforce license?
No. Every Left Main plan (Starter, Launch and Enterprise) includes Salesforce Enterprise Edition licensing, so you don’t buy Salesforce seats separately. Extra users are $80/user/month.
How long does it take to switch from REsimpli to Left Main?
You can start using it right after purchase. Data migration and integration setup take up to 30 days, depending on your situation. Your contacts, notes, call and SMS history, files and tasks come over, and you can keep REsimpli running until you go live with phones.
Does Left Main have a built-in dialer and texting?
Yes. Calling, SMS, email and direct mail are built in, and you can call with one click from inside the CRM. You connect a phone account from one of Left Main’s partners or your own phone system, and usage costs depend on the provider you choose. Left Main also integrates with smrtPhone, RingCentral, Dialpad and Launch Control if your team already uses them.
Is REsimpli or Left Main better for a solo investor?
For most solo investors, REsimpli or another bundled tool is the more practical choice. Left Main is designed for real estate investment teams, with plans that start at 5 users.
What happened to InvestorFuse?
Carrot acquired InvestorFuse in 2022. Existing InvestorFuse members are still supported, and new customers sign up for CarrotCRM.
