Left Main Premier Onboarding
1 Scheduled Meetings
1.1 Kick Off Call. Clients will have a 30 – 45 Minute Meeting to get acquainted, learn client needs, talk best business practices, get information needed for the best result, LM Walkthrough, review credentials and gather requirements.
1.2 Data Review. Clients will have 30-45 Minute Meeting to talk Data, help client understand what data is needed and how it needs to be formatted for migration to Salesforce. Clients will make their decision on how to format and structure data for import. These meeting details are to be finalized 10-14 days from the Kick Off meeting date.
1.3 Final Onboarding. Clients will have 30-45 Minute Meeting to go over everything that has been built, talk best business practices, wrap up any loose ends, and start the training process. Review Data, Live Integrations, Org Walkthrough & Training. These meeting details are to be finalized 10-14 days from the Data Review meeting date.
1.4 Bug Fix Call. Clients will have 30-45 Minute Meeting to go over any bugs, things that aren’t working correctly, adjustments that need to be made, client questions, etc. These meeting details are to be finalized 10-14 days from the Data Review meeting date.
1.5 CSS Introduction Call. Clients will have a 30 minute meeting introducing them to their own customer success representative. This is to be done 35 days from the initial Kick Off Call meeting.
2.1 Email and Calendar Integration. This includes the configuration for Einstein Activity and capture for Gmail or Outlook. Personal instruction will be included for Admins and tutorials will be made available for clients that explain how each user on their team can connect their Email and Calendar and the settings each will need in either Gmail or Outlook.
2.2 Telephony/CTI. Main Dev Experts will provide technical guidance and requirements for org configuration. CTI’s Supported; smrtphone, RingCentral, Dialpad & Callrail.
2.3 Zapier. Main Dev Experts will build and install up to 10 new zaps.
2.4 Web to Lead Forms. One web to lead form will be created for internal submission.
2.5 Mail Parser. Includes three Mail Parser to Zapier configurations.
2.6 Electronic Signing. Docusign or Hello Sign are supported. This is to be completed 30 days after the initial Kick Off Call meeting and includes one contract integrated for manual sending from opportunities.
2.7 Salesforce Flows. This is a Background Automation created with Salesforce Flow Tool. It includes 2 Automated Background Flows. There are up to 10 individual automations per Flow.
2.8 Email Alerts. Flow creation for email alerts. This includes 1 New Lead Alert and 1 Automated Outbound correspondence to customers/object in up to 3 Objects (Leads, Opportunities, Transactions, Accounts, Contacts).
2.9 Lead Assignment. Assigning Lead Initial Ownership and New Lead Notification 1 of 3 different ways: Queue, Round Robin or Default User.
3. Data Migration
Please Note – Data Cleaning is not included in this package but is available at an additional cost. See Add On Section at the bottom of this SLA.
3.1 Initial Data Migration Service. Client must provide a clean csv file for 3 objects (Lead, Opportunity, Transaction) We will import all clean data. Any data that has an error will be returned to client. This includes up to 30 fields across Leads, Opportunities, Transactions, Accounts and Contacts. 2 Import Attempts for each object included. Additional Import Attempts will be $100 each per object.
4. Customization Services
4.1 Field Mapping. We will ensure Lead, Account, Opportunity & Transaction Fields are properly mapped.
4.2 New Field Creation. Main Dev Experts will create custom fields per SLA for process or import. This includes Up to 20 New Fields per Lead, Opportunity & Transactions Objects.
4.3 Picklist Customization. Main Dev Experts will add, edit or remove picklist options per SLA. This includes Up to 5 fields in each Lead, Opportunity and Transaction Object and up to 5 New Picklist choices, or deletions.
4.4 Campaigns. We will set up and configure 7 Parent Campaigns using LM Campaign Attribution Process.
4.5 Dashboards and Reports. We will create one Dashboard and up to 10 Reports and provide instructions to user on how to create more.
5. User Set Up
5.1 User Configuration. We will create and configure active users and assign their respective profiles for the Salesforce Instance.
5.1 Basic Profile Set Up. We will adjust your settings for LM Standard Profiles.. This includes Standard Users and System Administrators.
6. Add On Services
6.1 Data Cleaning. This includes First Name, Last Name, Phone, Email, Street, City, State, Zip Code, Country formatting &
De-Duplication. 15 cents per record.
6.2 Development Services. Custom Code, APEX Code, APEX Triggers, Custom Metadata, Custom Settings. Available under a separate Main Dev Experts Agreement at an additional cost. Consult with your Main Dev Project Manager for pricing.
6.3 New Record Types. Creating Additional Record Types is not included in Premier Onboarding. This is available under a separate Main Dev Experts Agreement at an additional cost. Consult with your Main Dev Project Manager for pricing.
6.4 Additional Coaching Calls. This is available under a separate Main Dev Experts Agreement at an additional cost. Consult with your Main Dev Project Manager for pricing.
6.5 Extended Support after “Go-Live” date. This is available under a separate Main Dev Experts Agreement at an additional cost. Consult with your Main Dev Project Manager for pricing.
6.6 Additional Customization. This is available under a separate Main Dev Experts Agreement at an additional cost. Consult with your Main Dev Project Manager for pricing.
